Water Tower Research (WTR) To Add Kathy Walton as Managing Director of Investor Engagement

June 14, 2023, St. Petersburg, FL – Water Tower Research LLC (www.watertowerresearch.com), a leading, digitally focused investor engagement and stakeholder communication firm, is pleased to announce that Kathy Walton will join the firm as Managing Director of Investor Engagement.

Water Tower Research was founded to provide “Research for the Other 99%^™”, with a mission to improve the communication channels between companies and their stakeholders that have been impaired by dramatic structural changes to the conventional equity research and investor engagement models.

With more than 25 years of proven success in the financial services industry, Kathy was most recently at Scarsdale Equities where she worked in institutional sales and corporate access.  She also co-founded The Basic Industries Group, a research firm focused on the basic industries sectors. Prior to that, Kathy served as Head of Sector Sales at Soleil Securities, Co-Head of Sector Sales at Deutsche Bank Securities, and Director at UBS Securities.

Kathy earned a BA in English from George Washington University in Washington DC and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.
